Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Outpatient Therapy center offers a continuum of care for those who are seen for short term rehabilitation stays and then return home with the need for further therapy provided by Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology to meet their full rehab potential.

Giving season is every season at Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! The team came together and gathered toiletries and other items including paper towels, tissue paper, wipes, and tents to give to the homeless in Atlanta. We are proud to be serving our community in every way possible!
