One Thursday, November 16th, we held our very own Family & Friends Thanksgiving right here at our facility.

We are so grateful for everyone that attended.

One Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC hosted a Trunk or Treat from 4pm to 6pm. We invited our local community for an evening of Halloween fun!

On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC hosted family night from 6-8pm.  We allowed for families to come out and visit with key staff members: business office, social services, activities, dietary and therapy.  Also they were able to meet and greet with other new members of the team and administration.

On September 14th, Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC gave back to the community by hosting a Dine and Dash for the local Hospitals, Hospice, Sheriff Department and Fire Department.  We provided lunch and tours of our facility.

On Thursday, August 10, 2023 we celebrated the Birthday of Annie Harris, whom has been a resident with us for the past 5 years as she turned 107!

Margaret Ann Maxwell aka Ms. Ann, has been a treasured employee of Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC for 58 years.  From nursing assistant to administrator, she has served in multiple capacities over the years, to include being the facility’s first Director of Nursing.  She current works in the MDS department where she completes a large volume of administrative tasks.  She is very knowledgeable of best practices and specializes in auditing, as well as providing education to staff.  She is extremely compassionate and caring towards our residents, staff, and family members.  We are very proud and excited to be acknowledging Ms. Ann and her dedication to our facility and family.

Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC conducted a Back to School Drive to give back to the community and help local residents by providing school supplies to families in the surrounding area. We hope all students and staff have a great 2023 – 2024 School year ahead.

The Age of Elegance Pageant took place on July 7, 2023  here at Magnolia Terrace located at Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC.

our Senior Executive Director, Paula Paul was em-cee and our contestants were Susan Basham, Emily Stephens, Crystal White, Brenda Nye, Felicia Scott and Pamela Green, whoc was the winner of the pageant.

Our Male escorts were, Arthur Grace, Cary Pettigrew, Ricky Godward and DeNorris Mincey.

We also had a beautiful poem reading by Whitney Greenway.
