Therapy Services
Having trouble adapting at home? Douglasville offers outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies. Available for transitional, outpatient, and long term care patients.
Pulmonary Care Unit
Offering 24-hour on-site respiratory services, we have devoted staff that are pulmonary and ventilator trained. A Pulmonologist makes weekly visits to our campus to oversee our care.
Short Term Rehabilitation Suites
Private suites are available for your short term rehabilitation needs, with therapy offered six days per week, including modern amenities.

Pulmonary and Ventilator Unit
Our program is designed to help patients achieve and maintain their highest functional levels, reach clinical stability and experience a higher quality of life. To achieve these results we have devoted staff that are pulmonary & ventilator trained. This interdisciplinary team will oversee & manage the patients’ stay on the unit. We believe that educating the patient and family is a key component to the success of the patient outcomes.
Our Pulmonary and Ventilator Unit services include:
- Physician Collaboration
- 24-hour on-site Respiratory Services
- Ventilator and tracheostomy weaning
- Airway management and stabilization
- Therapy treatments for PT, OT, and ST
- On-site diagnostics
- Psycho-social support
- Education for patients and their caregivers
- Case management and discharge planning
- Weekly visits by a Pulmonologist
